By accessing or using MoodLift ("the Service"), operated by TailwindX, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use MoodLift. If you are between 13-17 years old, you may use MoodLift only with parental or guardian consent and supervision. MoodLift is not intended for children under 13.

MoodLift offers a Premium subscription for $4.99/month. Premium features include:
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method each billing cycle.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
You agree to use MoodLift only for lawful purposes. You may not:
MoodLift and all content, features, and functionality are owned by TailwindX, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
Your use of MoodLift is subject to our Privacy Policy. Key points:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TailwindX, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of MoodLift after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
